The flat was mind-blowing for a couple with its jaw-dropping terrace and full equipment, including a super electric kettle and cookware. The location was amazing, with a huge variety of shops and restaurants just in front of the apartment building. We were in awe of the free wi-fi, flat-screen TV, and laundry facilities available. The express check-in/-out made everything super easy. The area offered endless activities like hiking, diving, wind surfing, and even a nearby golf course and tennis court. Plus, there was an aqua park for some fun in the sun. We also loved the outdoor swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers. our stay was fantastic, and we were pleased to have cots available for our use. A big plus was that the whole place was non-smoking, which made it even more enjoyable.

Plus, there were free parking spots nearby, making it convenient for us to explore the city. We also appreciated the fact that the flat was fully equipped with kitchen appliances and towels, making our stay comfortable.

Our experience had a major setback. When we arrived at the property, we were unable to enter without a code for the gate, which no one had informed us about.

The residential building had a swimming pool and there were plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and services nearby. The beach, Puerto Marinero, and the bus stop were all within walking distance. The self check-in/check-out process was smooth and the landlord was always available to help.

We had a fantastic stay at Apartamento Malvasia in Lanzarote. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars right on our doorstep. The apartment itself was pleasant and well-equipped, with a lovely terrace. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool in the residential building. The check-in process was smooth and we received all the necessary information beforehand. The free parking spots next to the building were a great bonus. Despite the slight noise from a nearby bar at night, it didn't bother us too much. we would highly recommend this place for a wonderful vacation.

Stayed in this "lovely" apartment with a "charming" private pool. The WiFi worked and there were towels provided. The highlight was definitely the outdoor swimming pool, where I could "enjoy" a refreshing swim.

Oh, the noise from the nearby bar at night was just "delightful"! Just what I needed, a lullaby of drunken revelry to serenade me to sleep.
